The reference for this drawing was the first of three photos I took of a little girl at the Keremeos Pow Wow in 2004. I produced an earlier oil painting called "Fancy Dancer" based on the second photo. In each photo she is becoming more upset that I am taking her picture and stands completely still in the middle of the group of dancers.
