There is evidence that his death year of 1876 is wrong. Placid Pilon's family tree states he re-married, therefore would have had to outlive his wife who died in 1886. Also, his new wife's first husband died in 1885. Suspect his death year should be 1896.

Charles Denney's records show one born 1835 (child # 6) and married to J. Bte. Laplante. It also references Toussaint Laplante as son. The second (child # 8) also a marriage to J. B. Laplante (with his correct parents) and a birthdate of Sept 14/37 and death date of May 8, 1886. Angelique Paul's scrip claim shows she was born 1835.
